Shipping & Returns Policy

I ship my artworks worldwide via international courier. My paintings are securely packaged and insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery. Once you have updated your address in the checkout process, your delivery costs will be calculated based on your delivery location.


The delivery costs are as follows:

Free pickup from my studio in Edinburgh. Please contact me to make an appointment. 

UK — £50 for one painting, £25 extra for each additional painting. £5 per unframed print, £25 per framed print.

Rest of the World — £100 for one painting, £25 extra for each additional painting, £5 per unframed print, £25 per framed print.

Delivery time: 2 weeks. 

Framing

If you have opted to have your painting framed, please allow up to four weeks for framing in addition to the shipping time. You will receive a tracking number once your painting is received by our courier, which will keep you informed of when your painting will be delivered.

During the checkout, you can opt to have your painting framed. You will be asked to select which style of frame you would like as well as the colour. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your framed artwork, so if you would like a customised frame outside of the options provided, please let me know. Please allow up to four weeks for framing. Your order will arrive with a hanging string across the back, ready to be hung. Please note, all of my paintings are hand-signed by me, the artist. This is on the back of the canvas and not visible when framed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt if you change your mind about your purchase. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Please contact me on hello@ankebeatestahl.com if you wish to process a return. 

Damage
If your product is damaged in the post, please notify me immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to claim compensation from the shipping provider. 

Loss
Please contact me if your order has not arrived within four weeks of dispatch. This is to allow for any customs/postal service delays that may be affecting the delivery of your items.
